| If you are insured under one of our programmes- MTA and its' designated representatives/managers (hereinafter called We) obtain information from your application and other sources. We will provide that information to Insurers and prospective Insurers so they can evaluate your proposal for coverage. We will also provide that information to claims adjusters and other authorized individuals or organizations if the need arises and provided it is related to coverage or policy issues. On the other hand, we will not "sell" your name or otherwise knowingly provide it or personal information, directly or indirectly, to individuals or organizations who will then pursue you to purchase goods and services, unless authorized by you. As a member your information will appear in our roster. You determine for your membership profile options if you want your name to be published as a member or not published. These options can be changed at any time. Many members may publish their names as a form of advertising, networking or prestige. Others may prefer to retain their privacy for their own reasons. You choose. Enough said.
